Graeme has worked in the health services in various Executive roles for more than 40 years. Graeme has worked as the Chief Executive Officer of Fairfield Hospital, Austin Hospital, Repatriation General Hospital in Adelaide, Healthscope Limited, and the Royal Victorian Eye and Ear Hospital. He has also worked as a Regional Director at Healthscope Limited and was a Director of Western Health in Melbourne. Graeme was also Hospital Standards and Accreditation Adviser for two years to the Papua New Guinea National Department of Health and has chaired the three Tasmanian health organisations that provided public hospital and health services throughout Tasmania.
He has held an appointment as Adjunct Associate Professor in the School of Public Health at La Trobe University and has been a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and a Fellow of the Australasian College of Health Service Management.
Graeme has also been a board member for the Centre for Eye Research Australia, Guide Dogs Victoria and Psychs on Bikes Inc. He is a member of the Board of Curraghdene Investments Pty Ltd.

Louise has worked in health services, clinical services management and hospital executive roles for the past 24 years. She has worked in the public system for 11 years in various roles, with a focus on operational management of clinical services. Louise worked for Epworth HealthCare for 13 years, in a variety of roles including Director Clinical Services, Executive Director Clinical Services and as an Executive Director at Epworth Eastern Private Hospital, Box Hill. Louise was also the Chief of Health Operations at Cabrini Australia where she led the Health Division.
Louise is currently the CEO of Adeney Private Hospital, a new joint venture private hospital between 40+ doctors and Medibank Private. This is an exciting project aiming to achieve zero out of pocket for all patients.
Louise’s passion is for clinical safety, patient outcomes, exceptional patient experience, staff engagement, operational and strategic efficiency and leading health services in the provision of excellence. She has a keen interest in the use of clinical technology and innovation to improve efficiency, and outcomes and to assist staff to reduce errors and increase productive time at the bedside.

Samantha is a Principal in the Property and Development team at Russell Kennedy and has more than 20 years’ experience in a variety of commercial property transactions, including sales and acquisitions and commercial leasing. Her clients include the State government, local government and private enterprise and not-for-profit organisations. Samantha has acted for both large and small operators in the health care and allied health space, including Monash Health and Uniting Age Well.
Samantha has experience and knowledge of the education sector, having worked for the Department of Education, Monash University and Deakin University. In addition, she has worked as an academic for 7 years lecturing in Commercial Law, Corporations Law and Employment/Anti-Discrimination Law at Monash Business School and Corporations Law at Melbourne Law School.
Samantha is a member of the Property Council of Australia Commercial Office Committee 2023/2024 and has been recognised by Best Lawyers for expertise in Real Property Law since September 2022. Samantha is enthusiastic about diversity and equality; she is Deputy Convenor of the Russell Kennedy Women’s Network and is a member of the Russell Kennedy Pro Bono Committee.
